Transforming a Raw Flat into a Modern Luxury Apartment for Agnelo Lobo

At Think Tank Interior Design Studio LLP, we had the pleasure of undertaking a remarkable project to transform a raw flat into a modern luxury apartment for our esteemed client, Mr. Agnelo Lobo. Located in Dahisar, Mumbai, this interior design venture aimed to create a space that seamlessly merged style and functionality, catering to the unique preferences and requirements of the Lobo family. With meticulous attention to detail and innovative design solutions, we achieved a stunning outcome that exceeded expectations.

Foyer: Creating an Inviting Entrance

In this section, we focused on crafting an inviting entrance that left a lasting impression. Through the incorporation of elegant fluted panels, we achieved a touch of sophistication while also offering practical storage solutions for shoes. The carefully selected and comfortable eating arrangements added to the warm and welcoming ambiance.

Living Area: Aesthetic Appeal and Illusion of Spaciousness

With the objective of creating an illusion of spaciousness, we introduced mirror wall paneling that visually expanded the area and exuded a sense of glamour. To bring the beauty of nature indoors, an arched panel adorned with botanical wallpaper became a captivating focal point. The TV unit was designed with functionality and storage in mind, complemented by a marble back panel that added a touch of luxury and sophistication.

Dining Area: Functionality and Space Optimization

Our focus in the dining area was to maximize functionality and optimize space usage. We installed a stylish crockery unit console and a well-equipped bar, providing ample storage for the family’s collection. To maximize versatility, a drop-down dining table and folding chairs were introduced, allowing for easy storage when not in use. This design choice created an open area where the children could freely play and added a sense of adaptability to the space.

Spiritual Corner: A Dedicated Space for Reflection and Devotion

Understanding the family’s spiritual practices, we designed a beautiful altar that served as a dedicated space for reflection and devotion. This serene corner provided a tranquil environment where the Lobo family could find solace and connect with their spirituality.

The overall transformation of the L-shaped living and dining area in Dahisar was nothing short of breathtaking. The harmonious blend of fluted panels, mirror wall paneling, botanical wallpaper, functional furniture pieces, and smart space optimization resulted in a visually stunning luxury apartment that exceeded the expectations of the Lobo family.
